He did considered to do that when he was DAIGO STARDUST but he didn't want to as he didn't want to ride on his late grandpa's name
Only when he was about to hit 30 some 5 years ago , he revealed it all in a press conference as he jokingly said that this's getting bad XD
Success definitely came late for him as he started in the business since he was 19 . During the early days of being in their fandom , I was suspicious over the big difference over how badly their mini album Ao no Mirai charted , as compared to their debut single SUMMER PARTY / LAST EMOTION that became their 1st Top 10 release in Oricon
Only much later on , I know why so
But even without this , it's not the main reason on why I truly support them for such a long time as ultimately , their music's what draws me into liking them in the 1st place  |
It's becoming rough for solo females on the singles charts these days.
As long as she can keep up with Kana, Kyary, and Namie whose last singles sold between 15-25k I think it's good tbh
And thats the way it should be.
Kuu may not be the #1 artist of Japan like before but I'll continue to love and support her music no matter what sales or chart position she'll have. Hoping for the best for both Daigo and Kuu on the weekly charts.
