As for the question: at this point, it's still kind of unconfirmed. No official announcement has been made about the release; however, a cover art contest was announced on her official site and the name of the album (5TEARS vol 3 ~sweet dragon~) can be seen there and since the contest's deadline is middle of November and considering the release pattern so far, I think it's gonna be released at Comiket once again. So... kind of speculation, but on solid grounds?
