Katy Perry scores her 12th consecutive (and overall) No. 1 on Dance Club Songs with "Unconditionally," extending her record for the most leaders in a row by an artist in the chart's 37-year history. The streak, which began with "Waking Up in Vegas" in August 2009, includes all of Perry's chart hits after her first two, 2008's "I Kissed a Girl" (No. 25) and "Hot N Cold" (No. 32).
