so there are actually 5,000 different covers for this single, and that is cut down from the over 7,000 pics they took during the session where she tried out a variety of different poses. They are talking applying for a Guinness World Record now for the most covers of a single CD. The covers are said to be individual polaroids placed over the uniform covers that came out earlier. Looks like this came from a fans idea.
