According to barks.jp, the plot/theme is the 'rebirth of life' (from an ice world to a green world). And it was shot in Iceland in late 2013.

it was still fillmed in front of the bluescreen as someone already posted a link to the news' vid so it really doesn't give anything special to the PV. Unless they fillmed the wide scenery shots OUTSIDE and then mixed them up with Namie on the set..

and the idea is not really a plot in my eyes, it is a theme but that's about it.

this i guess people are used to heavy storylines, tho i dunno why they expect that from Namie, she has sooooo few of those.
