This single is a theme song for her new movie Seventh Code which was shot in Russia in June 2013. Maeda also spoke some Russian in that movie as it was shown in the trailers.
I don't know if they linked this with Sochi 2014, but I can say that not only the words but also the entire style of the covers is influenced by Soviet art.
