The CDL dvd is a compilation of footage taken not only from the last day. Her hair in Because of You changes back and forth, in their positions, from one second to the next, and her position while she's singing the last part changes from facing right to left at least once. Carols, there is one shot of her clearly wearing eye contacts, while the rest of the song she isn't wearing them..
I think that explains a lot, why her lips aren't matching with the words.
