I think that explains a lot, why her lips aren't matching with the words.

I saw the contacts, they scared me for one sec but despite watching Because of You many times I don't see her switching sides in the last part, she's facing left for a bit (though the camera changes sides often but Ayu is always left of the stage) and then she faces right till she retreats to the center stage (camera again switches sides often).
