'Song 4 U' and 'Missing' are great

Lol this is kinda random, but I was revisiting LOVE again and I couldn't help but notice how much these songs stand out—in a good way.

Quite frankly, I think these songs were written in the best key for her current voice. I don't know, maybe she was just having a good day in the studio, or perhaps she was just really "feeling" it. But her vocals sound clear, crisp, and the sense of urgency that's present in much of her earlier work is totally there. Most of all, her vibrato sounds controlled and her lower tones don't exhibit any of the typical shakiness so pervasive in a lot of her recent songs.

The pre-chorus section in 'Missing' is particularly powerful, as is the final segment in 'Song 4 U.'

Both songs are quite derivative of her prior works, and frankly they don't add much new to her discography... However, I think they have the potential to be rediscovered in retrospect by many fans and perhaps even the Japanese public.

How do you guys feel about these songs?
