I recently went through some Ayu threads in 2ch and I found something about her stealing AKB's election idea back then in 2012 through her twitter; and I found those tweets translations in Misa-chan's blog:

Basically it's about holding an election for her dancers and fans will vote for their favorite dancers.
It seemed Ayu has watched over AKB's election?! LOL I'm excited; because those tweets were posted exactly a day after AKB's 2012 election.
