I also want to know why. Usually it will be available a month after the CD only version released here, but it has been 2 months+ and I don't see it at any stores here. I've tweeted to MDA asking if the album had passed the classification, they replied me saying they haven't received the classification submission for Colours +DVD version.

Really? A twitter friend of mine went to HMV on 19 Sept and she only saw the CD only version.
