am I the only one that doesn't get this concept that, if someone is leaving his/her job, he/her has to commit to it 110% before effectively leaving?
I feel it would have been way better if they had just let her stop participating in the group schedules little by little, this way everyone would start to accept that she is leaving little by little until she finally did so. But instead they expected her to work completely committed pretending like everything was normal. What would they do when her time to leave finally arrived (had she not been kicked out)? "So, she left the group. She has been leaving for over an year, but we just didn't mention until know. Surprise!"... sounds like a stupid idea to me, and clearly it has backfired in the middle of the process, because, let's face it, she signed a contract with the investors, so demanding her to halt her business activities when she's actually bounded to it by a contract is a bit irrational...
