Yeah I am also curious about non-Japan-based TA members, but this would really be great. Then we all wouldn't be needing these middleman services anymore. Hope we can easily change the personal information on TA (after global launch) and don't have to register again for international membership.
Registered on the 20th Sep, but if I had know this awesome news I would have waited ^^
