I've actually never ordered from Tenso before--this will be my first time! Normally I just have friends mail stuff over for me but I wanted to order the singles as soon as they were up for preorder, so I bit the bullet and made a Tenso account. I know a bunch of users here have dealt with them in the past, so maybe they can shed some light on that
