Hu? Namie is just a lovely person and a greta performer. And who said she has no involvement? She said she would never sing a song she can't picture a PV/live peroformance with. Morover, she wrote lyrics like I WILL which is one of her best ballads, yet she said she feel like no one wants to read her lyrics (probably because she is such a shy person), but she is not like "okay, write these lyrics for me". She is involved in her writing most of the time, she just doesnt take credit because she probably just giving directions and hints.

She is in the industry for decades now. she is probably standng in the studio and is like "okay, we have to sing that part here...make this longer..".and so on and so forth. She never came across as someone that is not involved in her music.
