Not everyone has the talent to compose and arrange. Being able to acknowledge that, leaving it to the professionals and just sticking to singing is also a strength. She's a singer. Composing, writing lyrics etc are just extras. It's not fair to call her out on not doing those things imo.

I agree! Just because she doesn't do all these things doesn't mean that she has no passion for music.
I need to listen to Ballada again - one of my favourite Namie albums even if I do own all her studio albums!
