There's a possibility that foreign fans will have to receive tickets at the venue, so it will be late to sell.

They will change it?!?!?!
As a foreigner I had two tickets for CDL for 29th 2nd floor block A and I sold it for 3,500 yen and for 30th 2nd floor block E and sold it for 7,500 yen, no problem with that. This year I was given the bad tickets by a japanese friend but since finding resellers was so easy I was happy I won't have to bother him in the future, now you tell me this may change? please elaborate if you know more details.

I had my bag checked for Saitama 2nd show in 2010 for a 2nd floor balcony seat, and now I hadn't for arena seat, which was weird for me.
