^ to answer to that, people are free to dislike and notice mistakes if there are any, even if they cannot draw better. It's opinions and as a person who tends to do realistic portraits i can tell you that sometimes (if not a ot of the times) those who have no clue about drawing, notice things that those who do might have missed. There is really nothing wrong with that. Actual professional artists, they tend to be well rounded and confident enough to take some people's critique the right way, if it's not pure hateful stuff, then i really see no harm in that. Especially if they have established their career already and have a decent pay for they stuff. And saying what you'e said there...Then none of us are qualified to disslike or compain about any of Ayu's songs or pretty much anything anyone does, because i doubt we can do better than that.
In the case of face looking off in this, like Zeke pointed out, i can tell that the picture itself that Aki used to do this from might be a problem. I've had issues like that before drawing people from professional pics. It can be a pain in the ass. It's not a natural day light, nor drawing from RL and the photos can get weird angles not to mention all the editing/retouching that they do these days.
