^^Still haven't received anything. It's now the 5th in Japan! Not sure what to do, because I definitely want to participate in the second round! :/
I mean, I can access the Japanese site, but I want to make sure I do it correctly.
Also, hm, it seems like you can't apply for the final date with this second round lottery? I wonder why not?
