BRAND NEW DAYS is out! I'm really happy with the album on the whole: it's not among the best of their albums, but all the songs are as good or better than the previews were hinting at, and it's a steady stream of nice songs with enough gems to make the whole album experience totally satisfying. I love EDGE and Sousei so much, definitely the highlights of the album.
The title track, Rapunzel, Marionette, Always and Hajimari no Basho are also all good (sidenote: the arrangement in Hajimari no Basho is incredible, it's a shame the melody of the song is not on the same level). I'm even liking Mysterious Magic more now that it's the album opener and flows seamlessly into EDGE! Definitely do not regret preordering and can't wait to get my copy (and the other albums I ordered) from CDJ.
