I really don't get what kind of an album she should release then so people would be happy. I personally am just happy that she still releases music since she did consider on retiring in 2011, but Dejavu Tour changed her mind.

I think the problem with this is... maybe you're just conflating the two camps? Maybe there were people who didn't like JAPONESQUE because it wasn't cohesive enough, but that doesn't mean those fans are the same fans who don't like WALK OF MY LIFE because it's too same-same. They're probably entirely separate groups of fans.
Also, I haven't actually seen anyone say they didn't like WALK OF MY LIFE because it was too same-sounding. I've only seen complaints that the song choices were bad and the album is too noisy or messy. Again, that's not really a related complaint to JAPONESQUE not being cohesive, so they can't really be compared as if fans are just being inconsistent in their criticism.
The way you worded your post ("people still find something wrong about it"), it sounds like you think that her fans are actively looking for reasons to dislike her works, which I'm sure is not the case. From what I can remember anyway, JAPONESQUE is almost universally praised by fans, and Bon Voyage for the most part is liked and few people, if anyone, vehemently dislike it like we do WALK OF MY LIFE.
