Heh, well you get one if you tend to order a big amount of one and the same cd with your normal account... maybe. If they realize it. Normaly you can apply for one if you order in amounts of 1000$ or such per order or with an large amount of stuff at once.
But most of the benefits of the cheaper prices are gone through the very high shipping costs... wholesale orders only ship via express and well, thats kinda expensive.
