I think she probably got lasik done. I don't think she'd keep wearing glasses when it would be way easier for her to get them fixed, especially since money isn't an issue and she'd probably would have found some time over the years.
It just seems to be unnecessarily inconvenient :/
The glasses she wore here are only an accessory. You can tell her eyes and the part of her face around it don't look bigger or smaller. They usually seem more zoomed in or out, I'm not that good at explaining it but you can see
here what I mean
