It was a two-day concert that took place in Odaiba about a week before the start of STADIUM TOUR 2002. I believe the stage/costumes are the same but because it wasn't in a stadium they called it OPEN AIR LIVE. Wikipedia states that no footage from the concert has been released, but that the tour is essentially the same as ST02.
