And even if you can't find any at a shop, you might see scalpers outside the venue or near the closest train station, so it's worth going by to check.
edit: Actually, it seems like there are quite a few shops in the buildings near Osaka Station. I'm not sure if they all sell concert tickets but since they're all pretty close to each other it might be worth checking out:
