It is missing some fan favorites, like Lady Go!, girls, IS THIS TRAP? , but since the DVD will have 15 songs as well, the same songs that goes to the CD, will be on the DVD probably.
If they go with a different approach (CD and DVD with differents tracklist) they would include those songs.

But you're right. As number of songs and videos are the same, tracklist will probably be equal.
Unless they are shooting some new ones for old songs.
