I think there is a good chance this tour comes to other countries.
If itīs small as the Tour in 2003 it will be not such a big deal to bring equipment to Europe/US.
And as TA is international now it whould be a good push in international members.
I mean many now donīt join TA because stuff from site os posted anyways and the TA pre-order items are not that special (and you still have to use tenso) so most ppl joun for concert tickets, but most international fans canīt go to Japan to see Ayu. So international small TA Tour whould be double win for avex, ppl join fanclub + buy tickets.
