I'd guess most of the people who did music for this were seiyuu (a lot of the characters in that game are idols and have songs of their own, one of which was in a trailer called "Reincarnation") and possibly avex composers had some involvement but that's about as close to Ayu as this would get. Most of the tracks seem to be typical idol fare, anyway.
The soundtrack is mostly being done by the same guy who did the Love Live music, which is all really fantastic. I'm actually really anxious to hear the full OST once it's out.
