^Me neither...it's kinda pointless. I contacted them, I hope they can do something before August 4th though I'm not too optimistic. I guess I'll have to wait to the second bunch of dates to be announced.
edit: I can apply using the japanese website, and I can understand the japanese used there, so would be any issue if I apply through japanese website being a foreigner?
