Exactly!
In case of Japanese lottery you can't choose your tickets since it's only possible to pay for them all at once.
They handle it a little bit differently for foreign lottery. You will receive separate links for payments based on the day of performance. So technically you can pay just for 4 tickets for 30th, BUT doing so you're violating the rules, because you MUST pay for ALL of them.
