I'm absolutely blown away by this! The arrangements are grandiose, colorful, and absolutely beautiful.
Last Minute is easily the standout. I was pretty impressed with Warning, too! I was afraid the badassery of the song would clash with the arrangement, but they really upped the epic factor for the classical arrangements.
This did exactly what I was hoping for: I wanted a new breath of life injected into Ayu's recent discography that hasn't quite felt super inspired to me. And that's what I got. I wanted a reason to love these songs, and now I do
I do worry that I'll never listen to the original mix of Last Minute now, lol. Those background vocals were horrendous, and the classical mix took them out. BLESS THE ARRANGER <3
Also: If you guys are having trouble with the vocals being low, you can always edit the EQ in your music player. And if you're listening from an Iphone or IPod, there's a vocal booster setting in the EQ
