As far as I know the FC edition didn't have any First Press, it should be always a digipak.
The regular editions had digipak as First Press.

There's a very heartwarming article, which was published in a japanese newspaper recently.
It's about a Kuu fan (a housewife), which was diagnosed with cancer last year.
Living in Hokkaido, this fan is more than happy and very determined to fight her cancer (surgery isn't possible) to be able to go to the concert in Sapporo with her family as Kuu is coming to every prefecture this time.
She saw The Artist last year in Osaka and Kuu is giving her strength to live and see her once again.

Hope Kuu is able to see this article somehow. As she's normally bringing one or more fans up to the stage at her tours, it would be really nice if she could surprise this fan (if she's able to go).
