You'll notice that the instrumentation is indeed remixed as well. It's apparent as soon as the vocals kick in - there's a much louder drum/cymbal hit there, and the drums & fills during the chorus are much louder. The song is far more dramatic on A BEST.
Boys & Girls is the one that has only one thing changed but not the other on A BEST - it has a new mix & added guitar work, but the vocals are the same.
