I actually remember that from news reports that fan sites were sharing at the time. I thought for ages that THAT was when it started, but nope. Secret Live. Pretty crazy how far back the issue goes.
Oh, I didn't know it started on the Secret Live! I thought it was around 2000 concerts... But then again, there's so little information about the Secret Live it's no wonder it's not well known
