My guess is that these shirts (and probably with the other singles as well) will come with later goods. This tour has a 4 seasons theme for the goods, so we're getting three updates with new time limited tour goods till November.
The tour is a hall tour. She did say she wants to alternate between halls and arenas and last year was an arena tour.
