First of all, the notes on BLUE are extremely hard to hit. She doesn't have a vocal coach or take vocal lessons so, even if she had, hitting those notes after almost 2/3 of the concert would still be a hard feat.
I just think she looked "happier" on Budokan and UNITED because they weren't "goodbye" concerts and she was younger there. Her approach about her music was/is different now.
