DAIGO's K S K will not be released until exactly 2 weeks later on 15th June & today , it was announced that an A5 sized notebook will be given away via different CD shops (be it online or in the physical CD stores in Japan) .
Because there're many different CD shops listed on the websites , I will only mention the main ones that I know .
In addition , the A5 sized notebook giveaway is based on a 1st come basis & should fans decided to attend any of the 3 mini live/handshake events , they will not received the notebook .
