Hitomi Kaji was mentioned here before and even though she has mostly made ballads so far, she is now about to release her first physical single in August "In my high heel" and it's way more up beat than her previous songs! The first teasers actually came out few hours ago

Here is her cove of Utada's Flavour of Life, and it is pretty amazing
