Just Love is a very good album. I agree that it’s her more cohesive album. Some songs are based on the same style but they don’t sound identical.
The prologue and the epilogue are ok to me. They’re not her best of her discography. When I heard
Have a nice day for the first time (when the pv is out) I wasn’t fond of it. Finally it’s an uplifting and positive song that is perfect to start the day in a good mood.
Kimi ga suki might be her best ballad since If. It’s so sweet and soft. The accompaniment by the piano (and the maracas ? Not sure if it’s that instrument that makes the soft tch tch sound from time to time) let express her beautiful voice. It’s my favourite new songs with
Holiday. The beginning of
Holiday remind me Taxi movie’s intro. I really like the mix between the different music styles and her Ba do do bap bap...
Wish upon a star is nice too.
Set me free reminds the old Kana so much. This songs could be on to Love album.
I wanna see you dance has a good vibe but I’m a bit afraid to see it in live because of static Kana. Hope she’ll dance and not just looks as a pole in front of her dancers >.<.
Life is good is very summery and YEAH has a lively melody.
I'm enjoying this album.
