I think they're just going to "safe venues". The US must be their second biggest fanbase after Japan, so I can see why they're doing other cities there. Maybe the production don't think that Canada or other countries out of the Europe/US/Asia circle would be successful. They never came do South America, where they have a quite big fanbase, especially here in Brazil. Maybe on next tour...
Talking about Brazil... There's a rumor going on that they'll probably perform at the Ending of Rio Olympics 2016. Since the next Olympics will be hosted at Tokyo, probably some japanese artist will perform at Rio (just ike in London). That's the source:

Maybe that's true because in 8 days they'll start the US Tour, so Brazil is half way to the US. I don't know what to think about it. I'm freaking out!!
