On another note, I'd like to hear why you guys started listening to globe Why did globe's music appeal to you? For me it was similar to ayu's in how versatile their music is.
According to generasia, it sold 20,909 copies during its eight weeks on the charts. It seems like a pretty decent number to me, but I'm not great at judging sales anyway.

Interesting question! My first globe experience was FACES PLACES the album, and I think it was the general 90s sound of the album that appealed to me at first; it was a whole new side of J-Pop to me, since I was mostly listening to 00s music at the time. The album had some songs I loved immediately (DEGENERATE, FACES PLACES, FACE), which encouraged me to try more globe, so next I tried Lights, loved all of it, and then basically hoarded all the globe music I could find. Same as you, I loved how versatile their music was, still do.

A question I have, is there a particular reason why globe PVs are so scarce?

I mean during the early days we got some pretty ayu-budget level PVs, but during the later era PVs were shooted in a very lazy way (i.e. Many Classic Moments and seize the light which were basically one-shot recordings) and I think (I'm not sure) there are even singles that don't have a promotional video recorded for them.
Nice choices!

As for the PVs, I can only speculate that globe's budget got shot when they shifted to a trance sound and started selling way less (from 1,7m copies of Relation in 1999 to 149k copies of outernet in 2001; yikes). Would be interesting to know more.
