Those kind of people really get under my skin. It is only a song.
Utada is a great storyteller through her lyrics, this song is about a gay person falling in love with a straight person. It isn't a song to "represent" the LGBT population, it wasn't made for that purpose. Utada wrote it as fiction to my knowledge. But even if it was based on a true story it wouldn't matter. It happens in real life, unrequited love is universal among all people. So sick of the social justice warrior/politically correct culture.
