flumpool's new song to be used in movie 'Sakurada Reset'

flumpool's new song "Last Call" will be used in the movie 'Sakurada Reset: Zenpen/Kouhen'.
'Sakurada Reset' is a live-action film adaptation based on a light novel series written by Kono Yutaka. It's directed by Fukagawa Yoshihiro, who is known for his 'Kamisama no Karute' series. The story is about two high school students named 'Asai Kei' (played by Nomura Shuhei) and 'Haruki Misora' (played by Kuroshima Yuina). Kei has a unique power to store memory, while Misora has the ability to reset the world in three days. Other cast members include Taira Yuna, Kentaro, Tamashiro Tina, and Tsunematsu Yuri.
"Last Call" was written by Yamamura Ryuta (Vo, G) and written by Sakai Kazuki (G). On this song, Yamamura commented, "The theme is 'hope for the future.' I incorporated Kei's strength and fragility as he tries to search for the meaning of his past sorrows, while desperately trying to look for the answer he can only find in the future."
Part one of the film will open in theaters on March 25, and the second part will be released on May 13.

flumpool to release new single in March

flumpool will release a new single called "Last Call" on March 22.
The single will be released in three different versions: Limited Edition, Regular Edition, and Fan Club Edition. The Limited Edition DVD will contain a digest of the band's countdown live as well as a documentary tracing the members' roots. In addition, the CD will include live tracks from the countdown live.
As for the Fan Club Edition, it will come with a towel and also live audio of flumpool's fan club live as the bonus track. Furthermore, to commemorate the release of the single, the band plans to hold events at Tower Records Shibuya and somewhere in Osaka. The event at Tower Records Shibuya will consist of an in-store live and a talk session.
