I don't think Fantτme isn't on Spotify or Deezer just because she wants the physical version to sell. None of her japanese discography is on those websites, and considering japanese people don't really use those services, I think it's a lack of motivation from the label to include those albuns on streaming. Many avex artists also don't have songs on Spotify.
Maybe with the move to Sony we'll get them (although I guess her catalogue still belongs fo UMG).
