If I'm not mistaken , balloting the tickets together with the rubber band cost 6,900 Yen while the T-shirt + rubber band combo is 8,900 Yen
At 1st I was like no way the rubber band would cost 6,900 Yen on its own cos the ticket cost is already 6,600 Yen & it makes no sense for a rubber band to be priced so ridiculously expensive
