As for her breasts, to be honest I think Ayu goes through phases of liking different styles. Right now I think she likes major push-up bras or double push-ups It's not uncommon and anyone can youtube a tutorial on how people use bras, padding, and contouring make-up to make a seriously impressive cleavage. I just don't think she's had the time to recover from a breast operation.
A friend of mine had her breasts enlarged last year and has a very active life, but still had to take eight weeks before taking off just the bandages, and another two weeks after that before her doctor said it was okay to return to her modelling work. Even if Ayu pushed herself it would still be 6-8 weeks imo and I haven't noticed her taking that amount of time away from even social media posts Of course, she could have been posting old photos but it's been non-stop training, touring, training, touring, then vacations abroad.
