To be honest, I don't know much about the Japanese public opinion on Ayu's latest works so I feel this would just be me listing my favourite works from her. 
The most well-known song is probably You & Me or one of the theme songs she's done, it makes sense. But for my personal opinion, I think the most iconic thing she's done is Last minute and its PV. Mad World was very strong as well.
