Since my debut I always loved Shinjuku 2-chome. My youth is full of memories of time I spent at Shinjuku 2-chome. When I was busy like crazy I would finish my work then go to Shinjuku 2-chome - to eat, to drink or to cry like hell or to celebrate when something good happened. Few days ago when my new tour successfully started I felt easier and went to bar where a friend of mine works as 'mama'. Of course, it was in 2-chome. Like always, it was narrow, old and full of cigarette smoke (sorry, Mama, I'm actually praising (smile)), where among witty and rich posters on the wall one is able to return to old self but also feel sentimental. And today I met an important woman who I know for a long time, I heard her stories and lost the words. And last night I came home and I was thinking alone and these thoughts became bigger inside me. This is - why is Japan so hard to understand minorities? For example, there is sexual minority of people related to LGBT or when woman speaks in male society while having rights to speak - it is considered as a minority opinion? If so, then I should continue to speak out as a part of minority. Being minority is not equal to being weak. Being majority is not equal to being strong.
