On the day you'll generally be able to get a free item by showing your digital membership card. When I went in 2015 I got a coloured ribbon for that date's concert. You can win bigger stuff if you're lucky like an autograph or limited run item. I think the coasters are the freebie this leg of the tour

How do you pick up your tickets? How does the lottery work? How do you get the free item? Like when you show your ticket for entry you also show your digital membership card? Sorry I have so many questions, totally new to TA
