okay, so let me summarize it. Clearly you do not understand japanese (like most of us here), so you naturally do not understand lyrics of japanese songs while you are listening them, but that doesn´t bother you AT ALL and you can still enjoy listening Jpop.
But what bothres you A LOT is if the titles of songs are in japanese (hiragana/kanji, it doesn´t matter at all), not in English. Despite the fact that even if the title is in English, song is still sung in Japanese.
I am not judging or anything, it just doesn´t make so much sense, that´s all
